Welcome to TrainingWeb, the online hub of The WIC Learning Center (TLC). Located in Framingham, Massachusetts, TLC is a training and meeting facility for staff of the Massachusetts WIC Program (Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children). The purpose of TrainingWeb is to enable staff of Massachusetts WIC to access TLC's training resources, communicate with other WIC staff, and learn to use the Internet for research, document management, and communication.
